Our show is on September 27th and 28th, 2025, at the Marriott San Antonio Airport, 77 NE Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78216.

​

Volunteers do 4 to 5-hour shifts.  

​

Duties Include:

- Setting up the convention

- Helping attendees get their questions answered

- Helping tear down the show

- Runners

- Line control 

​
